AT A TIME when the housing market isn't really booming, it was a brave decision to launch a new company.
That is exactly what two former estate agents, Mark Hedge and Jon Williams, did in November, 2010.

Since then, they have created a new website, point of sale materials, dedicated guides and brochure using local firms. They implemented a comprehensive software package to provide 24/7 service and outgrew their first premises within just seven months, recently moving to a larger office.
In a recessionary period for their sector, the company has exceeded targets, employed more staff including their first apprentice and created a new commercial department.
Mr Williams said: "It has taken a lot of hard work, long days, much passion and full commitment"
